Profile Customization?

So I always see people that have the "Member" or "Rookie Member" tag thing changed (I've circled it in the picture). How do you change this? I've looked through most of the settings, and I can't think of what would change that. How do you do this? I wanna be cool too! ;_;

yay I'm in something for once, but yea you need 500 posts i hit 500 the other day
