I am using a Ryzen 5 2600 cpu with the stock cooler but I wasn't sure about what temperature it should be when booting. On start up and at idle it is at no more than 45c and no less than 36c are these temperatures normal and if not then what can I do to lower the temperature? I am running a neutral pressure set up in a NZXT H500 case not sure if that could be causing the cpu to be so hot on start up either any help is appreciated.
