Pcie card with USB type c port with hdmi alt mode

Hi guys, I'm wanting to know if there is a pcie card I can get that will output hdmi so I can drive my new lcd graphics tablet, the huion KAMVAS pro 12. As it has a USB c input with breakout cable for hdmi USB a and power.

As far as I know, Sunix UPD2018 is the only choice with all platforms support.

If you are using intel, you can use thunderbolt 3 add in card.
