Windows 10 Drive Migration

Hi, I currently have an 8-year-old WD 250GB 7200RPM drive in my computer, I plan on getting a Mushkin Pilot 500GB SSD. Is there any way I can migrate the old drives complete contents to the new drive. If not I have no problem just reinstalling Windows.
