Ghetto screens ?

Thanks for taking some time !

 

I just disassembled my old laptop; I am building a new PC and it was already dead, so I thought I'll give it a try.

 

The laptop was very old; a hp compaq 6735b; my question is:

 

Is there any way I can use my laptop screen as a display for my new computer ?

 

I took out the screen (pictures below), is there any way I can buy an adapter or something like that to use it with an gtx 660; I would prefer an HDMI output, because I got spare HDMI cables.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition; is there any way I can use my laptop's keyboard ?

 

 

 

Don't worry, I am going to get a new display with new peripherals later

I can't see your pictures but most laptops use a proprietary interface, so it's almost impossible to mod the connector.
