Parts from amazon

last week i was thinking about building a new computer and i ordered a few parts from amazon and all of them had prime (so do i) and said that it would be delivered the next day,its been more than a week since and it still says "not yet dispatched".i tried contacting amazon but all they said was "Waİt fOr THe EsTiMaTeD DeLİveRY daTE" the thing is that it changes everyday.all of the parts ive bought say that they are in stock so i dont really see the problem here,did anyone else have this issue before?

What country are you based in ? Do you have other websites available to you to order or only amazon ?

Look at your original purchase email, it should say there what the estimated delivery date would be.

If it was me i would be kicking off, prime means next day delivery. I would contact Amazon and ask for a explanation, if it is not good enough, get a refund. 

 

This is just plain bad service from Amazon

In all honestly it is a reading comprehension issue that you are having when you are failing to understand what next day shipping acturally means.  Just monitor the dispatch date, and then your doorstep on the day following that date, which is the next day of its delivery.  It's literally that simple.  Not trying to attempt to insinuate anything negative about your intelligence levels but how can it be delivered prior to it being dispatched?

It says next day delivery on prime,not "next day delivery AFTER dispatch".einstein.

Maybe perhaps they are in the process of manufacturing the products you have ordered?  Ever thought of that?  Why would you want to have a product delivered prior to it actually being viable for your use?
