I have a Z170 SOC FORCE board and it wont post it just gives error code C1 on the debug leds. There are no bend pins in the cpu socket. The board has the latest BIOS. I tried it whit a 7700k and a pair of corsair vengeance 3000 ddr4 memory i tried every possible combination yet still code C1. Weirdly the 7700k and the RAM works perfectly in my other board which is a gigabyte z170 gaming 7. What could be the issue ?

What CPU did you use to update the BIOS?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
