Problem with new laptop

hello,

 

I got an brand new Lenovo yoga 530

 

specs:

R3 2200U

4 GB RAM

128 NVMe SSD

Windows 10 1809

 

 

Problem is that it takes the laptop about 2 minutes to go to sleep or shutdown. (same for each process)

Anyone know how to fix this?

Do a fresh Windows install and upgrade RAM?

Upgrading the RAM is not worth it now, it's my work laptop that I take on the road :), I did actually a fresh windows install when I got the thing
