underperforming pc

im using a vega 56 and its getting alot less fps then others i only get 55 fps on division 2 ultra settings benchmark.

im also unable to get my ram running at 3000mhz it stays at 2133

Go to BIOS and turn off XMP and manually adjust your RAM speed to get it to 3000Mhz.  So basically do not follow XMP.  The Vega 56 is a good card but not super powerful.  Also what are you comparing the frame rates to ?  You have a Ryzen 5, if you had a Ryzen 7 your FPS would be higher.  Vega 64 is powerful card or a RX 580 and what not.

i compared it to this i actually just only got 50 fps its a 40 fps diffrents same settings

 

how do i turn xmp off?

i can do auto ar change asrock setting to amd something
