Computer Won't Boot

After leaving for a hour i come back to see my PC o n and fully frozen. I tried resetting it and the power and reset button would not work. After turning the PSU off and on again I could not boot and I can only get into the bios. All i get on startup it a blinking cursor then it goes to the bios. 

Here are my specs:

Z370-E

8600k

8gb ddr4

GTX 1060

120gb m.2

2x 1tb WD Blue
