External rack for 3.5" HDDs

Hi, I am looking for an external rack that can holds many (say 3.5" HDDs. I am not looking for things like this https://www.amazon.ca/Mediasonic-H82-SU3S2-ProBox-External-Enclosure/dp/B005GYDMYG/ref=sr_1_47?keywords=12+bay&qid=1557517659&s=gateway&sr=8-47, which uses only one eSATA cable or USB cable for all HDDs. Insteand, I want each HDDs to be connected directly to the motherboard through SATA cable individually. The case I am using is https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16811147158, which features 4 rubber grommets that allow external devices connected directly to the motherboard.

SilverStone TS431S for 4 or SilverStone TS821S for 8.

With the TS431S you would need to buy a MiniSAS to 4xSATA cable and the 8 bay version would use 3 PCI slots for the 12V adapters and MiniSAS extenders.
