Spotify Device Streaming

I have 2 computers and 2 android tablets with Spotify installed and i can stream from my main computer to my second computer and vice versa but when trying to stream from EITHER of my tablets only my main computer shows and not then other one (which I use connected to my amplifier yada yada). I can make the second computer appear on the android tablets and be controlled from the device list if I restart the program on the computer but it will quickly disappear after a few minutes. I don't have premium but I don't think that is the issue because i can still stream to my main PC from my tablets and from my main PC to my secondary one. I have tried reinstalling the app, reinstalling pc program etc but the problem persists. Haven't tried a different Spotify account however.

 

Any help is appreciated.
