Strange ping spikes

So i have a very interesting problem:
My ping in rust, csgo, discord and teamspeak spikes a few times a day so i get a time out and have to reconnect. I was running 3 cmd windows pinging 1.1.1.1, my router directly and some radom dev server in Germany, none of them spiked while the application were. So i thought maybe its the antivirus (bitdefender) , so I unnistalled it and its happening again, any suggestions? My ISP does not see any problems with the router.

Okay i tried it for 2-3 days now and it does not show or spot the internet traffic when i time out, so it must be an application that is blocking other applications, have any other ideas?
