Hi community!

So recently, the Ethernet on my laptop has gone down. The wifi, being Intel AC 3165, is fine. When connected to my Ethernet adapter, which is a Realtek card (Just say Family controller. No models ect.), I get a no internet connection. Apparently, my laptop is sending packets to the router, but the router is not responding to the packets.

What should I do?

I have already:

Reset network

Reinstalled drivers

messed with settings(no difference)

Thank you!
