Try sorting the memory, from highest to lowest usage. Then check out which apps uses more RAM. Here's my tips on how you should work on your RAM clean-up.

1. Uninstall any apps that you're not using. Most of these are automatically running after you booted your PC

2. In relation with 1, go to Start Up tab of your task manager and disable any apps that you think should not start-up unless it is necessary. Like adobe apps or game launchers.

3. Check your anti-virus apps. these apps should not work on high RAM usage, except when they are doing an idle scan. I think you're using the built-in antivirus from Windows 10. i recommend kaspersky free version as a replacement for your built-in anti virus.

4. This is just my personal tip so it's your choice if you'll do it. Reformat your OS drive every year to clean-up your OS. uninstalling will not help you most of the time, so doing this will make sure that your OS is fresh and fast.
