Quick question about bios?

When you download the bios how do you know if you need to get the latest version? Also do you just download the newest one and that includes all of them? or do you have to download each individual update? First time building a pc. Ive watched Paul's Hardware

he talks about the bios in there. But im still not sure as you can tell in my question above.

... You just do. Unless there's something wrong with the newest bios there's no reason not to use it.

this is not visual c++ redistributable, you only use 1 bios at a time

Don't flash the bios if it is not necessary, or it gives you new features that you need.

If everything is running just fine do not bother...

So what i mean is there updated verisons 7C02v17 , 7C02v15 , 7C02v14, 7C02v13 etc. for the b450 tomahawk mobo that i got. If you download 7C02v17 does that include 17-13 etc.? But from what your saying @Jurrunio is you just get the most update one and your good. I think ill just run it with out doing anything to the mobo and if there is something wrong like @Constantin said.  1 more quick question do i have to download the drivers? On the msi website it has

On-Board PIDE/SATA Drivers

System & Chipset Drivers

On-Board Audio Drivers

LAN Driver

 under drivers for the mobo i have.

Unless the ones Windows grabbed dont work properly, I wont bother
