looking to purchase a pre built pc brand doesnt matter. main use is for gaming at 1080p at highest possible frames; league of legends and fortnite mostly and some light video and photo editing(PREMIERE/PHOTOSHOP). prefer it to air cooled.my budget is around $2000 and that doesnt include any peripherals, i can go over the budget a little. black and red are my preferred colours mid tower.

Generally speaking, you'll do better to build yourself. Prebuilt companies cut corners on things like MOBO, PSU, GPU coolers, etc.
