Jump to content

Inside Windows search for "partion" and delete the Windows partion that you do not want to keep.

All data in that partition will be erased, so make sure you know what you are doing before doing that (you do not want to delete the partition you have the OS(es) you use on).

If you need the other OS and don't want to see the menu:

  1. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System
  2. On the left side, click on "Advanced system settings"
  3. In the "Startup and Recovery" section, click on the "Settings..." button
  4. Choose which OS you want to boot into as the default and uncheck the box labeled "Time to display list of operating systems"

Already did that through msconfig. Found out it's on drive D but don't see the partition for the Windows install to delete it.

Are you saying the Windows install was already removed, but for some reason the system thinks it's still there?
