Hi
I got this computer:
Core i9 9900k, 360mm AIO cooled
32gb ram
Rtx 2080 ti
Asrock taichi ultimate z390

I've tried to follow many different fps guides to get as good fps as possible in CS:GO but I end up having around 200-250 fps. Thats even lower than my old computer. I have played the game for a very long time so I can really feel when the fps is too low.

Temps are good.

I see many streamers with same or lower specs and they got around 400-500 fps in csgo.

The things I've tried so far:
Different clock speeds on processor,
Nvidia settings all for performance
Core unparking
Windows optimized for performance
CSGO settings for highest possible fps
Games set to high priority

Tried reinstalling GPU drivers?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

No I have not done that. Just kept my drivers up to date. Do you think that would help?

Happens a lot, newer drivers crippling performance in some games.

Happened to me with Witcher 3 a few years back, just rolled back to the previous version that worked.

Over the years playing this game I've noticed that its quite the opposite in cs go, if you have old drivers its affects your fps. I'll try re-installing but I dont think this is the problem.
