I recently got amazing advice from someone on here, advice i couldn't get elsewhere so i figured id give it another shot. so recently and even before i made CPU overclocking setting in the BIOS i am experiencing boot issues.Basically the first attempt the PC wont boot, just black screen. But if i force shutdown by holding the button and start it up again, it will pop up a screen about how it failed to boot many times, and then if i want to continue with default UFEI or something like that.

Then it will boot normally, now doing some research i learnt that it might have something to do with the bios settings with overclocking... But, when i check monitors of the CPU it says its still operating much higher then the base clock. So i am wondering two things.

A. is it still overclocked?

b. Is there a way to get it to boot normally?

I am dealing with an identical issue on my Vega 64 right now. I returned it back to the manufacturer, they tested it, found a fault and are repairing it.

Start by testing your graphics card in another computer.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)
