I'm looking for a program to log the CPU temps over time in a graph. The only program I can find that does it is Speedfan, which only is detecting my storage, no CPU, GPU, or Fans get detected.

Afterburner/Rivatuner can show the temp over time in a graph, but only if I'm in a 3D application.

HWMonitor shows me Current, Min, and Max values. There are no options for a graph that shows CPU temp over time.

Is there any free programs that can log CPU temp and clock speed over time?

HWiNFO64. Afterburner can and will log temps all the time. They are stored in HTML file which loads in graph. But you can open that like CSV in spreadsheet software.
