Some Motherboard Issues ( AsRock b450m pro 4 )

So I have been having some issues with my motherboard that I think may possibly be related.

 

1. Slow BIOS time - Last bios time shows 13.2 seconds, and I don't really have any startup programs that have a high impact ( if that matters )

2. Motherboard occasionally stuck at post when I power it on - this I usually fix by just hitting the reset switch

 

Other than that, there really are no major issues with the board. I picked up this board and CPU last November.

Ryzen 5 2600 with stock cooler

Asus Dual 1070 ( Not 2 1070s, just the card name )

Corsair Vengeance 2133 mhz ram ( 2 x 8 gb )

SanDisk z400s 256 gb ssd

WD Blue 1tb HDD

SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 550w
