Strange HDD issues

Install crystaldiskinfo to check the health

I have a third drive that is just for random crap that i don't need or use often, it was working fine since i installed it (it wasn't new) every time i boot it makes a strange clicking noise, which im guessing is the arm bouncing back and fourth. When the computer has booted its in file explorer and then after about five minutes it just disappears. When i look in disk management it doesn't show up. 

 

Too add this drive is not my boot drive that is on a serperate SSD.
