Which 2080ti?

i'm looking at getting a 2080ti but i'm not sure which one i should chose its between Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Xtreme 11G v ASUS ROG STRIX OC 

 

 CPU: i9 9900k @5.1ghz | GPU: Asus Strix 2080Ti OC | Cpu Cooler : Corsair H150i (360mm) | Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Pro Z390F  | RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32gb 3600Mhz CL16  | Boot / OS SSD : Samsung 970 Evo 500gb M.2 / Samsung 850 Evo 500Gb SSD / 1TB SEAGATE HDD | Case: Corsair Obsidian 500d SE RGB | PSU: Evga SuperNova Platinum 8

Between the two the ASUS ROG Strix OC.

i9 9900K @ 5.0 GHz, NH D15, 32 GB DDR4 3200 GSKILL Trident Z RGB, AORUS Z390 MASTER, EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB, Samsung 860 EVO 1TB, Samsung 860 EVO 500GB, ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q 27", Steel Series APEX PRO, Logitech Gaming Pro Mouse, CM Master Case 5, Corsair AXI 1600W Titanium.

Why not buy it straight from Nvidia? And if you can't for some reason, I would get the Gigabyte card.

just 2 favourite brands really Gigabyte card and iv'e herd extremely good things about the strix

Going by the general feedback on the cards the Strix seems to be more stable and have less issues.

ah, don't underestimate gigabyte tho, they've been doing some great things the last while

 

I'd say the cheapest out of the two, the difference is minimal

Honestly it doesn't matter... both are much the same but ASUS is notable for awful costumers support and RMA procedure with tendency to throw a "ROG Branding Tax" which might make the Aorus card more appealing...

 

But all in all your experience will be much the same with both cards, consider aesthetic value and what not.
