Right click your gtav folder and set to run as administator for all subfolders.

That is not an option at all of a folder. Run as admin this a setting for files.

You most likely want that option on the Executable files so it has elevated privileges.

 

If you do not see the option, hold Shift down and right click. This will bring extra option you usually don't see.
