Mouse middle button (wheel)

Hey guys,

 

Simple question : Why the middle button (wheel button) of a mouse stops working no matter what ? I've got a lot of mices in the past from major brands, Corsair, Logitech, Razer, and this button stopped working in all cases, every time, i try to clean the mouse from the inside, it still dosent work.

 

Interested by any opinion, thanks guys !

Well, cleaned both logitech G602 and Corsair M66 pro RGB almost no dust or dirt, everything is connected perfectly but the middle button dosent work (Scroll is okay)

 

I find this pretty strange since my first gaming mouse was a Razer Deathadder, i was loyal to the brand but the middle one stopped working on both deathadders (original and then the chroma one)

 

Then switched to Logitech, same after 3 months, and then Corsair, same after 3 or 4 months of use.

 

I find this pretty bizarre haha
