Installing windows 10

I just got a i5 9400f and a b360 motherboard from a friend.I also have a dedicated video card. How do I install windows because the processor does not work have any integrated graphics?

The gpu is a msi 1660 ti.

Do you have Bios update installed on that motherboard to support 9th gen Intel CPU?

You can still boot up if you have that GTX 1660 Ti installed. It's just the same as any other Windows 10 install. Windows will give it basic display drivers, as far as I'm aware.

Means I can just assemble everything with the HDMI cable in the gpu?

In theory yes, as long as your B360 motherboard's BIOS is up to date to accept the i5-9400F you have there.

Yes it will because my friend said he updated the BIOS.
