Ll120 screws not fitting

Most screws for fans are "self-tapping", which means they cut their own thread in the plastic of the fan. Logically, the screw should be slightly larger than the hole. Put a bit of muscle into it (not too much) and they should go right in.

 

Try putting the screw through the hole in the case, then screwing it into the fan.

Screwdriver specs: Long, pointy. Turns things. Some kind of metal.

use different screws, you can get a bag of 100 at most hardware stores for a few bucks
