Hello.

 

I have the following specifications.

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K Stock
GPU: Nvidia - Gainward GTX 1080
PSU: Seasonic - 750 Watt 80+ Gold. 
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu - 16GB

MB: Asus - Sabertooth Mark S Z97 - Limited Ed.

 

Upon turning my computer on I am having issues with CPU Over temperature, and Overclocking failed messages.

 

Everything is running stock, I've checked my H105 AiO its fine, I've tried with a stock Intel cooler fine.

I've cleared cmos, re-flashed bios.

It happens sometimes, everyday, and sometimes only once or twice a week.

 

What can cause these messages?

What is giving you the messages? Do you have thermal paste on the CPU(I know...but still)? Are you sure the AIO is making good contact?

Everything is seated correctly.

 

I am using Noctua NT-H2.

Pump was running, and air coming out of rad was cold.

 

I've been getting CPU Over Temperature and then it shuts off or runs at super slow speed.

I've been getting Overclocking failed, enter bios to revert changes. ( I haven't overclocked )
