Hard Modding Original Xbox

I wanted to know if anyone had experience hard modding original Xboxes. I am thinking of getting an Aladdin chip but I'm not sure about the steps required. Are the steps different for different mod chips? If you have a link to all encompassing tutorials that would be great.
