Wait Gpu idle 40-50 idle with temp ambient/room temp around 22 celsius that seems more to me, (as in winter here with 28 celsius my idle is 36-38 max celsius)

My pc is only air cooled with only one fan of PC case, gpu has it's two fans, and cpu is on stock fan with thin sink(i think i should apply new thermal paste now bcuz it's been 3 years since i have done it)

And i now i actually measured it with "Optical Thermometer MT6" is shows the same with values of Open hardware monitor, except CPU bcuz as soon i removed the sink it's temp just increased to 47 and increasing slowly.

It seems like the effect of ventilation, my pc open now totally from both sides.

Yeah, the temps are fine. Its more about being aware that sensors can give values that might not be accurate. So in case you have issues with fan controls, they use same sensors and adjust controls based on those.

Right now i am using chrome with 3 tabs
looking at task manager
using open hardware software to check temps

from starting to sending u this pic i haven't done anything on it except for what i said above -

In here temp is 41 degree Celsius where i live.
temp in Celsius
Cpu - 50-56 max and 40 minimum
Gpu 40-45
Hdd- 42-44

Those component temps are fine, you probably have good case airflow. But check how they are under load?

Also what are your system specs?

my system spec -
i5-6500
750ti asus 2gb gddr5 OC version
asus h170 pro
2tb hdd
8 gb ram
and that's it no water colling it's just air cooled

Now it's constant 45 celsius without load but after max reached 60 celsius on using rpcs3 emulator as always 70 to 75 celsius
hdd 42 celcius
gpu 43 celcius and it's noon now here way to hot.

so these are my specs and it is good on temp right now?

yeah but are those good temps or bad or dangerous

Temps are fine. You could get a fan and put it in front of the computer to see if that makes any differences

Your GPU and HDD sensors are buggy. You can't have those temps at same level as ambient, not without actually running like custom water cooling through them. Those temps should be ~10C above your room temp.

out side is 40 celsius then inside may be is 37-38 celsius, then they are okay right?

also that was a good piece of information thank you

I would still call them bit buggy. My room temp is at 20-22C (spring time) and my HDDs are at 33C. They do go up to 40C when room temps goes closer to 30C at summer time. GPU idle 40-50C now, and pretty much 50-60C at summer. This isn't beastly cooled GPU, and I know better ones can get to 35C with 20-25C room temp.

Yeah, the temps are fine. Its more about being aware that sensors can give values that might not be accurate. So in case you have issues with fan controls, they use same sensors and adjust controls based on those.

well thanks for help, i checked everything u said and sensors are working fine - it was just that newton's cooling law once i figured that out rest easy.
