Save up more or wait?

Hey guys, i have a current build with the following specs:

 

Intel Core i5 3330 OC to 3.8 ghz

ASUS P8Z77-M PRO

Sapphire R9 270 2GB GDDR5

2x4 Apacer DDR3 1333MHZ ram

3x SATA 7.2K RPM HDD

1x SATA 5.4k RPM HDD (long term storage, for downloads)

2x 768p monitors

 

To upgrade, I have around RM500 which is roughly around 120 USD.

I have a friend that is currently selling a RX 570 4GB Red Devil (3 fan variant) for around 87 USD / RX 580 4GB for around 90 USD. 

 

As for the upgrade, i'm not sure if I should wait for a better option. I'm currently on my semester break. If i get back to my university, i can save up to RM800 (excluding the money I currently have right now) which is roughly 150 USD and probably get a better deal (if there is any). I don't get to play games that much at my dormitory, so I worry if I upgrade to a RX 580/570, it would be a waste since I don't get to use it at all (not allowed to bring a desktop).

 

And there is also and issue about bottlenecking, there is a possibility of my CPU will bottleneck the RX 580/570. 

 

So my question is, which is a better upgrade path?

The games I usually play w/ friends is mostly borderlands 2, insurgency, left 4 dead, the forest, (co-op games) at 720p, doesn't matter what setting, as long as i get min avg fps 60.

i'd get the rx 580 since it's only $3 more than 570. also 800 ringgit should be closer to 200USD(maybe 190ish?) with that kind of money you should be able to find a used 1070 or so
