Ethernet adapter disables itself instantly after enabling

Hello, my ethernet adapter disables itself after i try reenabling it. Ive tried all the "solutions" on youtube and other sites and they just dont seem to work. Ive also tried reinstalling the driver and it does the same thing. Here is a video of what it does :
