Can not get my graphics drivers to completely install

I originally had a msi RX 470 I got off eBay. I got the drivers installed, then it started black screening and stuff, so I had it RMAed. So msi sent one, couldn't get the drivers installed, called support they just had me RMA it again. So just got the 3rd one, when trying to install the lastest amd drivers I get this error. Where the driver is not able to completely install. Looking at the log, the video and audio driver installs. But none of the other parts did.

With the 2nd card I tried multiple thing to try to get the drivers working, but have had no luck. Since the log said the video driver it's self installed, I tried running a game, and it crashed. So I don't know if there's something wrong with the card it's self, or once the rest of the drivers software Installed.
