Otherwise install the OS on the SSD like normal, then follow this guide to "import" your stuff over:

 

Once you're satisfied, reformat the HDD.

I want to keep the files that are on the HDD on the HDD. All I want is to uninstall the copy of windows from that HDD. Is that Possible?

You could just manually remove the boot partitions and delete system files you dont need on the HDD, sadly I'm unaware of any automated way for that

Temporarily put everything you want to keep in the SSD, and then format the HDD —> put stuff back on clean HDD.
