Speed Fan Pulsing

Hi,
 
Having some issues configuring Speed Fan. Have control of the fans however, even with the shallowest fan curve and lot's of tweaking the fans still pulse annoyingly.
Any tips?
In this case Dell XPS 15 9570 (though same with 5580).

Try increasing the fan's hysteresis setting.
