Crashing

I have a 2070 and after 3 months it started crashing on games it had run in perfectly fine a day ago. It crashes immediately always after a bunch of random colored dots appeared and disappeared a few times in a corner. What would be the problem here?

I'd try to DDU and install older drivers

But it sounds like the card is dying

Are you overclocking the card? Like @Slottr said try DDUing the drivers and fresh install them. Also check for bios and Windows updates, if it still has the same problem you're more than likely looking at a defective unit.
