DistributedCOM errors 10016

Hello, i have a problem, my pc freeze for 2 seconds and make a weird noise and when i check in event viewer i have this error: 10016

I tried the solution with regedit to change the permissions of the specific error from trustinstaller to administrators group and also give the permissions in the component services but it didn't worked. I also format my pc and reinstall the windows 10 and also nothing changes...

Please can anyone help me?
