I just built a system of 9700k, 2070. It's a asus motherboard, but it kept booting into the bios instead of my windows storage. When everything in bios was in default, the cpu fan missing thing kept showing up, so I went to ignore cpu fan speed in bios(pic). After that, it just kept booting into bios. I enabled CMS, but nothing. I put a usb boot drive into the computer, then i can see boot options (pic). But my sdd and hdd is no where to be found. So if I remove the usb, i cant even find Boot Option. Anyone familiar with the situation?

It was an sdd(windows in it) which I was using in an other computer and it's newly bought so it worked fine. I am also using a water cooler so I had that cpu fan thingy

If the windows install existed in another PC, the motherboard might reject it to avoid a driver conflict.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
