Recommend a Surge Protector

Cant u just buy a line interactive ups? its better to protect your pc with that.

 

If not then just pick the one with lots of joules,has enough port and led indicator for grounding and surge protector status.

Line interactive ups is a better alternative since it has AVR to protect your pc from unstable voltage..it is also protect it from surges.

 

Surge protector will protect ur pc from surges by redirecting the unwanted voltage to the ground wire and if there is a short it will flip its own breaker.

Well do you have any recommendations for surge protectors? I'm looking for something with a sufficient joule rating and CAT6 protection.

Cat6 nope..but its isnt that hard you can easily find them on amazon.
