Rtx 2080 driver crashes

Hello everyone. So I about 2 weeks ago I purchased an Msi RTX 2080 gaming trio(not the x trio) and now every so often I get a few error messages. One is a direct x error. The other is a fatal application exit. I tried using DDU to completely uninstall the old driver and then did a clean install after but got the same error again. 

 

I'm not really sure what else to do as I'm still new to all this. Should I just RMA the GPU? 

 

System specs: 

R5 1600

16gb of corsair vengence pro rgb

Msi RTX 2080

Asus b350 strix 

I should also not that the temps are all pretty good. No overheating.
