Cpu performing bad

Hello. I tried overclocking my I-9700k by myself after watching some tutorials ( Cpu at 4.5Hz atm). After this i went on cinebench and did a benchmark and it got some very bad results.I did other benchmarks and the results aren't good there too. I put some liquid metal but results stayed the same. I will post picture of Bios (comment if you spot something wrong) settings and benchmark scores below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is it throttling? Maybe check temps. How was it before you tried to overclock? Normal performance or also on the low side?

temps are fine i unfortunately didn't do any benchmarks before overclocking

The maximum turbo frequency is 4.9 ghz, you locked it to 4.5

Is your RAM in the correct slots so that you're running dual channel instead of single channel? 

You should be able to check this in CPU-Z

so ? there is people locking it to 5.0

Right. But if it's locked BELOW the max turbo frequency, you're throttling it.

Type in 4.9 or 5.0 on bios settings?

4.5 ghz is lower than the stock speed, so you are underclocking instead of overclocking.

What how the base clock is 3.6

Normal desktop cpu are designed to be at the maximum turbo clock(4.9Ghz) if the temperatures allow it. If it is not a that speed it is already throttling.

Hm okay so i should just put it on 4.9Ghz(5.0)

Yes, or even higher if it doesn't crash on 5

Well it crashesh on 5 even on 4.9

i wouldn't use LM between your IHS and CPU cooler, personally
