RTX 2080 low FPS BFV?

I have a EVGA RTX 2080, and 3200 Mhz 16GB ram, but my BFV still has major fps drops and only hovers around 100 fps, and dips into the 60s at 1080p. It's at ultra settings. I can't seem to find anything that is limiting it. I can provide pics or anything needed. Any suggestions?

Well im pretty sure it improves the looks of the game but when in my personal opinion barely makes any difference
