up the fanspeed. 

 

and if the temps arent too high, you shouldnt bother. 

 

and if you are looking for a more silent GPU. get some Noctua fans and Zip tie them to the GPU. 

 

 

 

a 1060 3GB is much to spend money on improving temps or noise.

Wait wait I just realized that my temps only go really high on PUBG and everything else is 50-70 thanks anyway
