Corsair H70 !?!

So i bought Corsair H70, its sitting on i3 6100 3,7 GHz. I changed liquid to car tosols (auto cooling liquid). So 1. cooler(closer to CPU) is sucking air in and 2.cooler (mounted case back side) is blow air out and 3.cooler (mounted case top side) is blow air out to CPU!.

I got 58-67 C , but when i open a game like Just Cause 3 the temp. is up to 100 C. Its oky? what i need to change?
