Not sure if there is a "More Recent" update, but this is definitely still near the top, and one of the best, if not still the best cooler according to professional review.

As a side note, I used the 2017 reviews for a reason. The most recent Gamers Nexus reviews cut off the high end of their comparisons for more recent models relative to more recent processors. Since your running a 7700k, the older reviews are more relevant. Show more data, and the cooler I listed in fact performs better than the 'top' contender in the price point you listed... Still, if you want the most recent reccomendation, at your price point this video review is less than a week old, and this is the top AIO at your cost according to most recent tests:

Ram: Corsair vengeance 3000mhz

What case are you using?

Can you be more specific with the ram? The heatspreader size varies greatly depending on if it's Vengeance LPX, LED, etc.

You don't need to spend that much for a good oc.

The Justice would be plenty for cooling: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pGPzK8/reeven-justice-821-cfm-sleeve-bearing-cpu-cooler-rc-1204

If you want something a bit quieter, the Macho Rev. B is a good alternative: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4TCrxr/thermalright-cpu-cooler-machorevb

If you care less a bit less about value and want to squeeze as much of an oc as possible, the Okeanos is just a bit more: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RBL7YJ/reeven-okeanos-638-cfm-sleeve-bearing-cpu-cooler-rc-1402

AIO can be good but they generally aren't very quiet or don't perform that much better for the cost.

The DRP4 is very good if you want a very quiet cooler. It performs similarly to the Justice or Macho Rev. B
