So I built my first pc back in January and it went well. I enjoyed said pc until two weeks ago. One day I went to go turn it on and it wouldn't boot. I watched the boot up lights on my motherboard, and it would get to the VGA light and then start over again. So far I tried installing a new GPU and PSU and neither fixed my issue. All my connections are good. I'm not really sure what to do next, does anyone have any recommendations?

my specs are:

Ryzen 5 2600

MSI gtx 1070 (the new GPU)

16 GB Ram

gigabyte b450 motherboard

Seagate 2TB hybrid drive

thermaltake  650w PSU (the new PSU)

windows 10 64 bit

I dont know my bios version
