I recently put a new build together to replace my outdated computer. The new computer build refuses to even post. There is no onboard speaker for any beeps either. I got no power at first when plugging in all up until I pulled the paper clip trick to test the power supply. Now, it turns on, but I don't get any video signal from any source on it. I have an Nvidia 1060 with neither the HDMI, VGA, or DVI putting out a signal. The motherboard itself (H270 Pro) has an HDMI, VGA, and DVI also, but neither of them put out a signal either. I've swapped out RAM and checked each slot with each stick to make sure it's not the slot or the RAM. I discharged all static electricity and grounded myself to my desk diffuser while installing everything. The graphics card's 6-pin power connector is plugged in and the fans spin. The case fans spin. The power supply works flawlessly now, turning on and off no problem. The 8-pin(two 4-pins) CPU power cable is plugged in. I have turned off the system and completely drained the power out of it three times now for over 30 minutes each time. I have tried different HDMI cables, DVI cables, VGA cables and even different monitors to make sure the signal wasn't being botched. At this point I'm frustrated and out of almost $600. If anyone has any idea to save this system or maybe a possible replacement part that might need to be RMA'd, please let me know. Thank you for any help you may provide. Feel free to ask questions if I didn't make something clear.

Edit: Forgot to list all parts of the computer.

Motherboard: H270 Pro4
CPU: i5 6400

RAM: Patriot (2x4 GB) 8 GB

GPU: Nvidia 1060
Power Supply: EVGA 500B 80+ Bronze

Check the pins in the CPU socket on the motherboard.
