Ryzen PC not posting

Yesterday I was playing some FPS games

After shutting down the PC

Next day when I started PC again, it didn't post

 All the fans were running, but no peripherals were powering up, 

Tried clearing cmos but nothing happened

PC specs: 

Ryzen 5 1400

Zotac GTX 1060 6gb mini

Asus prime B350M-a motherboard

Corsair vengence lpx ddr4 2400mhz

Antec BP450 450watt PSU
