Cant open ram and gpu tabs

Im trying to take my gpu out to clean it as its very dusty. I cannot open the tab to get it out, even when applying lots of pressure. I have unscrewed the bracket at the rear of the case. While troubleshooting this, i have also noticed the bottom ram tabs cant be opened either, even with lots of pressure. The top ram tabs open easily with medium pressure.

 

If anyone could help id highly appreciate it.

Push the gpu lock with a screw driver with a lil bit of pressure..dont lift the gpu yet until u have unlock the tab also the bottom ram slot on a modern mobo has no tab..the tab is at the top only.

I have tried using a screwdriver and it still wont budge. For the ram, if i open the top one shoul it come out?

The bottom RAM tabs aren't tabs. ASUS uses slots with only the top clips so that GPUs don't get in the way. Unclip the top and pull out.

 

All you should have to do is push down (into the board) on the GPU clip and it will release. Make sure the card is all the way into the slot, first.

Have you unscrewed the card from the case?

 

As for the Ram, yes you need to pull up (a little) from the side that has the lock then from the side that doesn't then wiggle it out.

Push the gpu down and push the lock with a screwdriver slightly to the side not downward.

 

No you need to pull the ram from the top,it doesnt come out by itself..

 

I assume u didnt assemble ur pc urslelf?
